DMJ Adds to Client List, December 2007

Under new leadership, Direct Mail Jobs has secured an impressive collection of new customers since late summer. President and CEO Rob Rioux attributes this growth to the innovative ideas he and his team of recruiters have initiated in their quest to infiltrate the marketplace.

Among these is an opt-in email program entitled Talent Flash, which is a weekly e-newsletter that features a handful of quality professionals who are looking to make a career change. Interested parties need only to click the ID link of the candidate they are interested in to receive more detailed information. Direct Mail Jobs facilitates the initial communication between client and candidate then turns the rest of the process over to the clients themselves. Says Rioux, "Sometimes companies require the full-service recruiting cycle that Direct Mail Jobs provides; other times they prefer to do it themselves, they just need a little help to get the ball rolling." Another recent addition to Direct Mail Jobs is a fresh, new "flexible" ad campaign, (Is Your Talent as Flexible as You Are?) which highlights DMJ's new brand, "Because talent matters," as well as their fun, yet dedicated approach to their craft.

Also new to Direct Mail Jobs is the launch of their revitalized website. With easily navigable menus and a refreshing new look, clients and candidates alike will find the revamped website chockfull of information, including industry and company news as well as active and completed job searches.

With all of these aspects in place, combined with the countless ideas the DMJ camp has in store for 2008, Direct Mail Jobs is sure to keep their customer base growing at a rapid rate.
